First visit

How the first visit works

  1. You request an appointment

Send us a request or give us a call. Our reception gets back to you within four hours during opening times.

  2. We confirm the time

We agree on a time that suits you and tell you what to bring — your insurance card and any previous reports.

  3. You come to the clinic

Your registration form and consents are pre-filled. You only sign them at the reception and go straight in.

  4. We plan the next steps

After the examination we go through the findings together and schedule a check-up or further procedures if needed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do you need before the first meeting?
We only need a short description of the project goal, your key contacts, and any available materials (wireframes, briefs, brand guidelines). This allows us to prepare focused questions for the kick-off and to estimate the right team from day one.
How quickly will we receive a proposal?
After the initial workshop we typically need three to five business days to prepare a project outline, roadmap, and budget. When the scope is complex, we agree on a short validation sprint that sharpens the estimate.
What does the discovery phase look like?
During a two-week discovery phase we map business goals, personas, processes, and technical constraints. We prepare the backlog, a risk register, and an architecture draft. You leave with a clear plan for moving into delivery.
How often do you report progress?
You receive a weekly Friday update that includes a dashboard, key metrics, and the plan for the upcoming sprint. Critical blockers trigger an immediate call—there is no need to wait for the next stand-up.
What happens if priorities shift during development?
We rely on impact mapping and continuous prioritisation. Every sprint planning session revisits the backlog against current data. We quantify any impact on time or budget and confirm the change together before proceeding.
How do you ensure delivery quality?
Every pull request goes through pair code review, automated tests, and a security scan. Before each release we run UAT with your team and close with a retrospective to review metrics and collect feedback.
